PUG08_NEW is the new series of machines for direct injection on the upper in three densities which can be configured according to the production standard of the end customer, - Integrated cycle TPU-PU-PU, TPU-RUBBER/PU/PU By inserting the tread in TPU or Rubber and injecting the 2 remaining densities - Or integrated cycle in three PU densities with tread molding by PU casting, molding of the first midsole in semi-compact or foam, molding of the second midsole in low-density foam to give the final product comfort and lightness.

Rotary Machines for Direct Injection on PU uppers

It is a series of machines for the production of mono-density or bi-density soles injected directly onto the upper, TPU or PU for the tread and PU for the midsole.

The machine can be configured as required by housing 8, 16, 18, 24 or 30 stations on the table with electronic rotation equipped, depending on the version, with TPU or PU outsole casting unit and PU low pressure self-cleaning injection unit for the midsole.

The real innovation is represented by the casting of the Tread with TPU or PU with a special version of the mold holder where the male carriage is automatically removable, favoring the casting for the entire mold without entering its space, thanks to the new design which allows easy tread control after first density molding or the insertion of pre-molded soles in technological materials such as rubber or technical TPU as well as facilitating robotic use on the mold area.

Regarding the special version mold holder where the trolley comes out, it is possible to install a micro-casting unit to cast islands from 3 to 11 grams with a self-cleaning micro-casting head with a flow rate ranging from 3 to 10 Gr/Sec*** All of our machines can be fully automated by integrating robotics, which is also totally designed by US.
